Heartfulness offers a simple and scientific method of relaxation and meditation that can be practised even while commuting. The free meditation techniques help the aspirant bust stress and find inner peace by meditating. Inner peace contributes to world peace, believes Heartfulness. People lead hectic lives, overloading their brain with information all the time. And most of the time, they are surrounded by people and occupied in work, making it impossible for them to sit and find solace within themselves. In 2020, more than ever, people are reminded of their interdependence, common destiny, and the need for global co-operation, especially in the light of major recent challenges.
There are still ways to fit meditation into one’s busy schedule, harness the thoughts and find those blissful moments of stillness. One has to keep his or her eyes closed while doing the meditation. People say that once they close their eyes, their mind is flooded with thoughts. Heartfulness teaches how to let thoughts drop off by themselves and regain calmness and stillness. An hour of heartfulness meditation a day can work wonders on one’s body and mind. As a beginner, one may be able to do it for ten to 15 minutes only. That is good enough to start with. One can slowly build it up.
Rejuvenation is another unique technique offered by Heartfulness. It helps one to remove the complexities and impurities of mind and one can remove all the unpleasant or disturbing experiences, he or she had during the day and refresh himself. Over 4mn people across 160 countries practice this meditation and it can be learnt in the comfort of one’s home. Training is free of charge and conducted by trained professionals from the Heartfulness Institute.
