The contest is open for registration until October 15.
The competition aims to raise awareness among children about the importance of hygiene measures, the DHFC has said in a statement.
Kids Club members can register by submitting their artwork at bit.ly/kidsclubart2020, showcasing their hygiene routine through drawing.
The winners will be announced on Doha Festival City’s social media platforms on October 18.
Winners of the best artworks will receive special awards from the DHFC’s host of retailers and F&B outlets, including Carluccio’s, Maison de Sushi, and Mark’s & Spencer.
Carluccio’s will invite the winners to visit the restaurant between noon and 9pm any day until October 30 with a dedicated voucher.
Maison de Sushi will offer special meal s that the winners can enjoy directly in the restaurant during a one-month period.
Further, Mark’s & Spencer will give away Kids Snack Hampers special vouchers, to be collected from Mark’s & Spencer during the month following the winners’ announcement.
“Through this contest, Doha Festival City seeks to reward kids with artistic skills, as part of its commitment to Doha’s arts scene and to create fun memories that can be shared with families,” the statement notes.
Doha Festival City general manager Robert Hall said: “Creating memories is an integral part of Doha Festival City’s brand identity.
“We hope that kids will remember those special moments spent with their families, and the fun activities they enjoyed.
“We hope this fun contest will involve more families in the mall’s unique experience.”
Open to children aged up to 12 years, the DHFC’s Kids Club offers fun and engaging activities, as well as a host of offers and rewards as part of its free loyalty programme.
The Kids Club now has more than 17,000 members who enjoy VIP access to all DHFC events and exclusive discounts on select shops for children and families.
