* MoU signed between two countries in field of security co-operation
HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani met on Monday with Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Government of National Accord Mohamed al-Taher Siala, and Minister of Interior in Libya's Government of National Accord Fathi Ali Bashagha, and their accompanying delegation, on the occasion of their visit to the country.
The meeting dealt with reviewing bilateral co-operation and ways to improve it in different fields, particularly in the security fields. It also focused on discussing the latest developments in Libya, and issues of joint interest.
Following the meeting, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani and the ministers of foreign affairs and interior witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the field of security co-operation between the two countries' ministries of interior that aims to enhance co-operation in the security field to benefit the interests of the two countries.
