The ongoing fifth edition of Mahaseel Festival has proved to be a major attraction among Qatar residents.
Organised by Katara – the Cultural Village in co-operation with the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME), at Katara's southern area, the event showcases a wide range of fresh agricultural crops and products from 28 Qatari farms and nine national companies.
Several types of flowering plants and fruit trees are also among the popular products. Mahaseel will be open from 9am - 9pm until January 2, after which the Mahaseel souq will operate on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until March 31.
