The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME), represented by the Customer Service Department and the Unified Call Center, has become one of the first government entities in Qatar to obtain the ISO/10002/2018 Certificate for resolving complaints and customer satisfaction. Hamad bin Ahmed al-Mohannadi, director of the Customer Service Department and the Unified Call Center, said the certification reflects the commitment of the MME regarding its quality policy and ensuring the implementation of its mission and vision.
