Qatar’s Strongest Man competition, held at Aspire Park Friday, was an ultimate test of strength and endurance to participants who had to overcome a number of gruelling challenges. These included a 200kg deadlift, a farmer’s 20m walk while carrying 120kg in each arm, and a giant 160kg tyre flip.
Organised by Aspire Zone Foundation, the live and thrilling event witnessed fans cheering for the contenders as they tried to break records and vie for the title.
Winners will be announced Saturday.
Strict Covid-19 precautionary measures were in place at the event.
