Weather inshore until 6 pm on Wednesday will be misty to foggy over most areas at first with moderate temperature at daytime with some clouds, and relatively cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of poor horizontal visibility expected over most areas at first.

Offshore, misty to foggy at places at first, becomes hazy later, the report added, warning of expected poor visibility at places at first.

Wind inshore will be mainly southeasterly 07 to 17 knot. Offshore, it will be southeasterly to easterly 03 to 12 knot, gusting to 15 knot at times.

Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometre or less at places at first. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, while offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 4 feet at times.
