Qatar Charity (QC) has signed a co-operation agreement with Gulf Legal Consultants (GLC) for legal services and consultations domestically and internationally.
The CEO of Qatar Charity, Yusuf bin Ahmed al-Kuwari, and the managing partner of GLC, Jumah al-Nasser al-Kaabi, signed the agreement.
The agreement confirms Qatar Charity's keenness to benefit from specialised local institutions with international experience, as QC works in more than 70 countries around the world.
Being recognised as one of the leading law firms in Qatar, GLC shall handle the legal issues of QC and provide legal services to it, whether within Qatar or abroad.
This comes at a time when QC continues to strengthen partnerships with Qatari institutions to benefit from the local competencies and experiences in legal and other fields, Qatar Charity has said in a statement.
This also coincides with the expansion in the network of QC’s offices and its humanitarian and development interventions across the globe to ensure the implementation of the best-quality projects by supervising them directly.
GLC is a Qatari-based law firm working in compliance with the Qatari law to provide legal services to individuals, agencies and international and local companies in various business sectors in Qatar and foreign countries.
