Sheikh Faisal said: “Since its foundation, ALF has been keen at supporting programmes and initiatives which promote corporate social responsibility in Qatar, and build partnerships with Government Offices and NGOs in educational, healthcare, communal and charitable domains. We, nurture the development of education, healthcare, and strive to place charity where it belongs.”
“Signing this MoU with HMC culminates many previous projects and initiatives sponsored by ALF, including, but not limited to, health awareness campaigns, blood and organ donation campaigns, educational activities for paediatric, cancer, and kidney patients at hospitals and healthcare facilities. We are thankful to HMC for giving us the opportunity to share cooperation in serving our beloved country and fulfilling the goals of Qatar Vision 2030," added, Sheikh Faisal.
Al-Khater said: “The MoU with ALF represents a vital initiative aiming at enacting co-operation between the two parties to serve the interests of patients. ALF has been a pioneer in building community partnerships to benefit all residents of Qatar. I am quite confident that this MoU will open new horizons for HMC to further boost its awareness and health education activities, such as blood and organ donation campaigns, and enable HMC to extend more financial and social assistance to needy patients. This MoU also adds to the success of medical conferences through contributing to the finances required for such events.”
Al-Naimi, described the agreement as central to serving patients’ interests and improving patients experiences. “Through the Center for Patient Experience and Staff Engagement, HMC strives to enhance patient experiences and develop a patient-centred approach in providing healthcare services to patients and their family members, particularly those in need of financial support. We have high hopes of a continued partnership and support from ALF whereby HMC would be able to achieve its vision, message, and strategic objectives,” he added.
