How lethal! Sometimes people who we had given our hearts to betray us, the ones who were our strength and support – deceit us, and that leads to nothing but our vulnerable hearts broken and bodies weakened. We did not expect this coming from them for we had given them everything we had for them, but they let us down. Our disappointment with them can be best described as meeting our love by turning and walking away. 


Ways to deal with disappointment:
It is recommended to follow the following methods and guidelines that help a person overcome feelings of disappointment:
1. Accept sadness, anger, and self-reconciliation.
2. Express feelings realistically away from illusion.
3. Disconnect from the person causing feelings of letdown.
4. Dealing with situations and people in the future with awareness and maturity.
5. Hold on to hope, continue dreaming, and search for new goals.
Some think that being subjected to repeated disappointments will make them depressed people who are unable to smile and move forward with optimism and joy as before, but it is incorrect and depends on one’s will, awareness and desire to overcome the situation with strength and with the slightest possible loss despite its difficulty and cruelty, so they strive to search for new opportunities that will be achieved. Happiness and positive energy instills hope and optimism again, by creating other distinct goals, and diligence and perseverance in order to achieve them regardless of the difficulties and strains that will be encountered.
From now on, you should take a look at your disappointments and even disappoint those who have let us down. Nothing is stronger than hearts that have steeped in the bitterness of disappointments.
