Al Rayyan Municipality's Building Permits Section at the Technical Affairs Department issued in April a total of 23 building permits for major and minor projects and their modifications.
The section approved 12 applications for modifications of building permits and issued 76 building completion certificates, in addition to 12 building demolition permits, and 19 building maintenance permits.
Further, the section issued a permit to fence off a vacant plot, 380 licenses for temporary announcements, 390 licenses for annual announcements, and three licenses for permanent announcement. The section also issued 24 reports on building development and processed 14 applications for increasing electricity loads.
