Greek Yogurt Oatmeal

 

Oatmeal ingredients

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup oats

2-3 tbsp honey

Vanilla

 

Greek yogurt ingredients

5-6 tbsp Greek yogurt

1tbsp honey

1/2tsp blue spirulina

1 tbsp coconut cream 

 

This is an easy and very filling breakfast. Add the coconut milk, oats honey and vanilla in a pan and once it boils remove from the heat. Add the oats to a bowl and let it cool down. In another bowl add Greek yogurt, honey , blue spirulina and coconut cream and mix it. Once the oats are at room temperature or cold add the yogurt layer on top. Add the toppings you want. Enjoy !
