198 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 were announced today. 144 of these are from community cases and 54 from travellers return from abroad.
356 people have recovered from the virus during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases recovered in Qatar to 214377.
In addition, the Ministry announces one new death, aged 44, who had a history of chronic disease and was receiving the necessary medical care.
