Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) recently hosted the first in the series of online talk shows – ‘An evening with Principal’ –planned to be conducted through the centre’s Student’s Forum.
The show was inaugurated by ICC President P N Babu Rajan. He said the aim is to provide a platform to the students to learn more about education and career planning while interacting with renowned academicians and gaining due knowledge and direction.
In the first show, the keynote speaker was A P Sharma, principal of Birla Public School (BPS). He answered the questions raised by some 20 students in attendance. The academician apprised the students of different scholarships and higher studies opportunities.
The event was hosted by Kamla Thakur, Head of Activity Co-ordinator & Education. It was conducted by Shweta Koshti, Head of Cultural Activities. Shymanti Bhoumik of BPS welcomed the guest and attendees. Juwairiyah Mohamed of MES Indian School expressed the vote of thanks.
ICC Vice President Subramanya Hebbagelu and all ICC committee members took part in the event which was attended by students of various Indian schools, parents and prominent members of the community.
