Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Interior, signed the Statute of the Organisation of Islamic Co-operation (OIC) Centre for Police Co-operation and Co-ordination, on the sidelines of the Second Ministerial Meeting of Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Agencies of the OIC Member States, which concluded Wednesday in Doha.The statute was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Interior by Director of the International Cooperation Department Maj Gen Nasser Yousef al-Mal, in the presence of HE President of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA) Hamad bin Nasser al-Misnad who presided over the meeting. The Ministry of Interior said in a statement that the signing of this statute is an affirmation of Qatar's commitment to enhancing international co-operation in the fields of security and combating corruption.
