MESIS organises Creativity Fiesta 2021

MES Indian School (MESIS), Abu Hamour branch, recently organised first Creativity Fiesta 2021 virtually. It was a week filled with creative activities. The children of all grades enjoyed the activities and fostered various skills before the summer vacation.

Many fun-filled activities were integrated with different subjects for each day for all grades. The students from grades I to VIII showcased their talents through multiple activities like self-introduction, riddles, word games, poem recitation, music, dance and giving a speech on the topic – ‘The Best in Qatar’. The students also expanded their learning curve by gaining knowledge about the weather conditions, arithmetic and logical skills, English drama, quiz, a craft work session by turning wastes into useful products, making scrapbook, bookmarks and photo frames. Through flameless cooking, the students made variety of food items such as muffins, salad, juices, milkshake etc.On the final day, the students of junior and senior grades exhibited multiple talents through mimicry, mono act, debate and quiz. For grade V to VIII, the most attractive event was lingua drama. The students dressed up as various characters and joined the virtual platform.The members of the school management committee and President K Abdul Karim congratulated the teachers and parents for making the fiesta a success. Principal Dr Haneef advised the students to spend their holidays in useful manner by reading books, helping their parents, and doing yoga.
