An explosion targeting a mosque in the northeastern Afghan province of Kunduz killed 50 people and injured 140 others.
Taliban officials and medical sources said that an explosion occurred in a Kunduz mosque during Friday prayers, killing and wounding dozens.
No group has claimed responsibility for the explosion, but ISIS has previously claimed responsibility for similar explosions in recent weeks, including an attack on a mosque in the capital, Kabul.
