Vodafone Qatar has officially launched the new iPhone 13 range, including the iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini.
At a midnight event held at Barahat Square, Msheireb Downtown Doha, Vodafone customers who had pre-ordered their new devices were among the first in the country to receive and use the latest in Apple’s lineup.
Users will be able to experience the most advanced pro camera system ever on an iPhone, Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion, improved battery life, the A15 Bionic chip with 5-core GPU, and an advanced 5G experience to take advantage of Vodafone’s GigaNet network on iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, Vodafone Qatar said in a statement. The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini feature the most advanced dual-camera system ever on an iPhone and the powerhouse A15 Bionic chip.
"Vodafone is the perfect partner for the new iPhone 13 due to its extensive 5G network, which is bigger, faster and stronger than ever before and gives Gigafast 5G speeds. Vodafone also offers a second-year warranty worth QR295 with every iPhone 13 purchase," the statement added.
Vodafone 5G is in prime locations such as Hamad International Airport, the first airport in the region to offer 5G service to its passengers; Mall of Qatar, one of the first malls in the region with 5G service; several hotels, including Park Hyatt and Mandarin Oriental; popular destinations such as Katara and Souq Waqif; and dozens of residential locations, including Al Waab, Umm Slal, Al Rayyan, Gharaffa, Abu Hamour, Mamoura, Al Sadd, Bin Mahmoud, Muntazah, Bin Omran, Madinat Khalifa, Al Aziziyah and Msheireb.
In addition to covering 75% of Doha with 5G, Vodafone Qatar has extended 5G coverage to other areas outside Doha, such as Al Khor, Al Wakra and a number of camping areas in Sealine.
