Wind inshore will be variable less than 05 knot at first, becomes northwesterly to northeasterly 08 to 18 knot gusting to 25 knot at places daytime.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly 03 to 10/18 knot increasing to 18 to 25 knot by afternoon, gusting to 32 knot at times.

Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometre or less at places at first.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet rises to 3 to 5 feet by afternoon, while offshore it will be 1 to 3/5 feet rises to 5 to 8 feet by afternoon, reaches 11 feet at times.
