The Ministry of Municipality's General Cleanliness Department (beaches and islands section) and Public Relations Department (awareness Section) carried out a cleanup campaign at Abu Dhalouf Beach in Al Ruwais Saturday morning with the participation of 35 employees from Jaidah Group.
During the campaign, a considerable amount of waste was collected and removed from the beach, including cans, empty plastic bags, wood and tyres. The ministry welcomes community participation in campaigns to clean beaches, islands and ports, as such participation contributes to supporting efforts to preserve the cleanliness of beaches as well as the aesthetic appeal of different places in the country.
