MES conducts Turncoat intersection debate

With the aim of honing the public speaking skills of students, the Department of English at Doha's MES Indian School organised Turncoat, an intersection debate, wherein the speakers had to speak for the topic and switch over their stand by contradicting their own viewpoint at the very next moment in a stipulated time.  

‘Impact of Social Media on Teenagers and High School students’, ‘Effects of Cartoons on the Mental Development of Children’ and ‘Is Artificial Intelligence a Threat to Human Civilisation?' were the topics. The event comprised two rounds.
