HE the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad al-Nabit, while visiting the United States, has met separately with US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, US Chief of Staff of the Air Force General Charles Brown, US Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Mike Gilday, and a number of senior figures in the US armed forces, including the Chief of Staff of the Army and the Chief of Space Operations, at the headquarters of the US Department of Defence (Pentagon).
During the meetings, they reviewed the defence and military relations between Qatar and the United States and ways to enhance and develop them. Qatar's Military Attache to the US Brigadier General Staff (Engineer/Air) Ali Mohamed al-Kuwari and President of the International Military Co-operation Authority Brigadier General Abdulaziz Saleh al-Sulaiti attended the meetings.
