* Ehteraz helpline for FIFA Arab Cup international fans
The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) has said FIFA Arab Cup fans can claim any lost items at the information points located in each stadium. Fans can follow up by calling a dedicated call centre at +974 800 8052 (Qatar) and +974 4475 2021 (International), daily from 7am to 8pm. Found items can also be collected from the Qatar Post General Post Office in West Bay or fans can have them delivered, locally or internationally, at their own cost, the SC tweeted yesterday.
The Qatar Post service desk hours are as follows: Sunday to Thursday: 7am to 8pm; Friday: 1pm to 4pm; and Saturday: 8am to 8pm.
Meanwhile, the SC has given information about a helpline for international fans arriving in Qatar for the FIFA Arab Cup.
International fans arriving in Qatar to attend the FIFA Arab Cup matches can now call +974 4495 4380 to enquire about anything related to the Ehteraz pre-registration platform, the SC said in a tweet.
After completing the pre-registration process on Ehteraz and uploading all the necessary documents, fans will be provided with a request number that will allow them to follow up on the status of their registration whether it is pending, rejected or incomplete. They will also be provided with follow-up instructions to successfully complete their registration, if necessary. This will be done by directly liaising with the pre-registration management team for any outstanding approvals.
