Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya Mohamed al-Menfi received the credentials of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Qatar to Libya Khaled Mohamed al-Dosari. The ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, to the chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, wishing the government and people of Libya continued progress and prosperity. For his part, Chairman al-Menfi conveyed his greetings to the Amir, wishing the people and government of Qatar continued progress, development and prosperity.
