Weather inshore until 6pm on Wednesday will be moderate temperature daytime, slight dust at places at times and cold by night, the department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore will be slight dust at times with some clouds, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea ends by evening.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly 08 to 18 knot gusting to 23 knot at places at times.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 13 to 23 knot gusting to 30 knot at times, decreasing to 06 to 16 knot by evening.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometres. Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rises to 5 feet at times decreasing to 1 to 2 feet by evening. Offshore it will be 3 to 7 feet, rises to 10 feet at times, decreasing to 2 to 4 feet by evening.
