Zulal Wellness Resort activities promote mental, physical health

Select members of Sidra Medicine’s management team joined Zulal Wellness Resort’s management team in group exercises and planting mangroves, and closed the day with singing bowls meditation. Participants enjoyed a day full of activities promoting mental and physical health.
