DPS-Modern Indian School (MIS) concluded its annual festival, Rendezvous 2021-22, with the online result declaration ceremony recently.
The occasion was graced by chief guest Dr Bimalendu B Nath, director of MIE-SPPU Institute of Higher Education, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Doha Qatar campus, Yasir Nainar, vice-president, DPS-MIS, and members of the executive committee.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Nath commended the efforts of the institution in developing 21st century competencies among the learners and noted that its tremendous progress is a testimony of its vibrant academic ecosystem.
Nainar congratulated all team members and complimented the students on their achievements in all fields. Fourteen competitions for the middle school and 19 competitions for the senior school were organised using Zoom or Microsoft Teams platform.
Lily House emerged as the winner in the Middle School followed by Rose, Lotus and Tulip houses in the second, third and fourth positions, respectively.
Tulip House topped the medal tally in the Senior School followed by Lily, Lotus and Rose houses.
Principal Asna Nafees, in her address, appreciated the efforts of the entire team in the successful completion of an event of such magnitude.
