Andhra Kala Vedika celebrate NSD

Indian expatriate forum Andhra Kala Vedika hosted Qatar National Sport Day celebrations on February 8 at Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) premises. Captain Mohan Atla, defence attaché from the embassy of India and co-ordinating officer of the Indian Sports Centre (ISC) joined the celebrations. Traditional games were among the highlights.

ISC president Dr Mohan Thomas, ICC president P N Baburajan, general secretary Krishna Kumar, advisory council chairman K S Prasad, Indian Community Benevolent Forum vice president Vinod Nair, community leaders including Mahesh Gowda, Deepak Shetty, and Ln Mustafa were present. Andhra Kala Vedika president Venkappa Bhagavatula said the event got an overwhelming response from the entire Telugu community.
