Weather inshore until 6pm on Monday will be moderate temperature daytime with some clouds and slight dust to blowing dust at places at times and relatively cold to cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind and low horizontal visibility at places at times.

Offshore will be hazy at first that may become partly cloudy with weak chance of light rain, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly 12 to 22 knot gusting to 28 knot at some places at times.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly 15 to 25 knot gusting to 28 knot at times.

Visibility will be 4 to 8/3 kilometers or less at some places at times.

Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rises to 5 feet at times. Offshore it will be 4 to 8 feet, rises to 9 feet at times.
