President of the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Tayeb Chaibab stressed that the nature of the partnership with the State of Qatar comes within the framework of what he described as "integration", pointing out that the new investments will be subject to prior studies to ensure their embodiment according to the "win-win" formula.
In a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), Chaibab said that the merging of the financial capabilities of the State of Qatar with the natural qualifications that Algeria enjoys will reflect a kind of integration, which can achieve the real model of investment in Algeria.
Chaibab added that Algeria's economic diplomacy is looking forward to achieving promising investments and viable companies that differ from its predecessors in parallel with the investment law that is expected to be issued soon, citing in the same regard the Algerian-Qatari partnership in iron and steel in Bellara in Jijel state is estimated to be 100% successful.
President of the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry pointed out that Algeria's strategic location and its geographical advantages are some of the most important factors that encourage investors worldwide to enter economic partnerships with the country.
A state visit paid by Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune recently to Doha resulted in the signing of four agreements and memoranda of understanding, adding that the Algerian President called on Qatari businessmen to invest in his country, which is full of many available investment opportunities, especially in the real estate development, industry, and services sectors, noting that the investment environment in Algeria is being modernised and the legislative and legal environment is being developed, and laws and legislation that support investments and provide facilities for businessmen and investors will soon be issued.
