Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) has unveiled "exciting and fun-filled" events taking place during this year’s Ramadan Sports Festival (RSF), which begins on April 6 at AZF’s indoor and outdoor facilities.
AZF noted that it is organising several sports activities, comprising eight team competitions at Aspire Park, The Dome and Ladies Sport Hall. To be conducted from April 6 to 17, between 9.30pm and midnight, the events are as follows:
* Beach volleyball competition for men: April 6 to 10, beach volleyball court
* Football competition for men: April 9 to 13, Pitch 10
* Basketball competition for men: April 12 to 17, Aspire Dome, Multi-purpose Hall
* Football 4x4 competition for men: April 13 to 17, Aspire Football Public Courts
Ladies competitions in co-operation with Sports Lab Academy:
* Basketball competition for women: April 6 to 15, Ladies Sport Hall
* Volleyball competition for women: April 6 to 13, Ladies Sport Hall
* Football competition for women: April 10 to 15, Ladies Sport Hall
Special needs competition in co-operation with Qatar Paralympic Committee:
* Special needs table tennis competition: April 11, Aspire Dome, Multi-purpose Hall 1
