Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) feted MES Indian School principal Hameeda Kadar, for completing three decades in the education field. The ceremony on International Women’s Day had Indian ambassador Dr Deepak Mittal's wife Dr Alpana as the chief guest. Educationists Meenal Bakshi, Pramila Kanan, Asha Shiju and HOPE Qatar co-ordinator Geeta Shohi Isaac were the other guests. Kamla Thakur welcomed the gathering. Shweta Koshti conceptualised and executed the event. Dr Alpana and ICC president P N BabuRajan spoke. On behalf of ICC, a memento was presented by Dr Alpana to Kadar. Suma Mahesh Gowda, the master of ceremony, presented Walk the Talk by Sheroes, depicting women achievers in all walks of life from India.
