Qatar Media Corporation (QMC) will present a variety of distinguished programmes during the holy month of Ramadan through its TV and radio channels.
These will comprise major productions and cover all the areas of interest and wishes of the audience, including entertainment, knowledge and religious programmes, in addition to interesting competitions and quizzes.
Accordingly, HE Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Thani al-Thani, CEO of QMC, stressed that work is constantly going on to respond to the expectations of the audience across all programmes. The Ramadan programmes are considered among the most important seasons of the year due to its great importance for the people, he noted.
HE Sheikh Abdulaziz said QMC has provided all the necessary requirements of its TV channels and radio stations to enable them to present useful and distinguished content that will involve all the elements of popularity and attraction.
Meanwhile, Essa al-Hitmi, director of Al Kass Sports Channels, said the channels will continue to present various health and sports awareness programmes to its viewers, in addition to broadcasting Arab and Asian championships. Further, the channels will organise the Al Kass Ramadan Football tournament in its 10th edition after it was stopped for two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
