HE the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Mohamed bin Abdullah al-Sulaiti issued yesterday a circular specifying working hours during the holy month of Ramadan for the ministries, government bodies and public institutions. The circular stated that the number of official working hours during the holy month for civil servants would be five hours a day, starting from 9am until 2 pm. Employees can start work late up to 10am but they have to fulfill work requirements and complete the five hours of working.
