As a part of the staff recreational programme, MES Indian School organised a Fun Day for the staff of the administrative section. The day was filled with activities, competitions, singing and fun. The day commenced with an invocation of Qur’an verses by immigration assistant K P Aboobacker, followed by speeches from Administration and Facilities head Mohammed Rashid and chief accountant Radhakrishnan.
Principal Hameeda Kadar gave the keynote address. Musical Chair, Lemon & Spoon, Needle & Thread, Pick & Run, Blow & Burst, Changing Cups, Ball Race, Bombing the City were some of the activities conducted.
A felicitation ceremony was held in the evening. The staff were awarded with certificates in recognition of their professional contribution towards the school, and the winners of various competitions feted with prizes and certificates by the principal.
A lucky draw was also conducted and participation certificates were issued to all participants. Students Affairs Department in-charge Abraham Samson welcomed the gathering and Salma, secretary to the Governing Board proposed a vote of thanks.
