Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has announced the working hours of its operating branches during the holy month of Ramadan.
This, QIB said, is to ensure that customers have access to banking services at convenient hours throughout the month.
During the holy month of Ramadan, mall branches, including Al-Gharafa (QMall), Doha Festival City, Mall of Qatar, City Center and Dar Al Salam Mall will be welcoming customers from Saturday to Thursday from 10am to 2.30pm and from 9pm to 11.30pm, and from 9pm to 11.30pm on Fridays.
Tawar Mall and Mirqab Mall branches will be operating from 10am to 3.30pm, Saturday through Thursday. and will be closed on Fridays.
The following branches will be open from Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 2pm and will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays: Al Rayyan, Salwa Road, Al Khor, Al Shahaniya, Sheikh Abdulla Bin Zaid Al Mahmoud Islamic Cultural Center (Fanar), Old Airport, Al Sadd, Industrial Area, Al Jazeera Media Network, Al Wakra, Ministry of Health and Mesaieed.
Grand Hamad Street and Al Mirqab branches will continue to serve corporate and SME customers from Sunday to Thursday. from 9am to 2pm. and Salwa Road and Al Rayyan branches for all cash and cheques transactions.
The service centres on C-Ring Road and Al-Fanar and the Wage Protection System (WPS) Centre will be welcoming customers from Sunday to Thursday, from 9am to 2pm, and the C-Ring centre will be open during the evening from 8pm to 11pm.
QIB continues with its efforts to create a seamless digital experience for its customers with new features and products on its Mobile App and online platform.
QIB encourages customers to continue using the bank’s digital banking channels to fulfill their banking needs in a convenient, fast, safe, and easy way and avoid crowded places.
Retail customers can fulfill most of their banking needs digitally via the QIB Mobile App with over 100 features available on the new version of the app. While corporate customers can fulfill their essential and day-to-day banking needs, such as money transfers and salary payments, managing their accounts, cards, and financings, in addition to having direct access to their customer relationship manager, through the QIB Corporate App and Corporate Internet Banking portal.
Both SMEs and large corporations can continue depositing their cheques via the remote deposit cheque service from the comfort of their offices and without any needs to visit a QIB branch, or via QIB’s self-service cash and cheque deposit machines, available across 40 different locations in Qatar.
