Djibouti's ambassador to Qatar Tayeb Dbd Robleh praised Ramadan Book Fair, which is organised by the Ministry of Culture from April 8-16, with the participation of a number of state institutions, including the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, Qatar Charity and 18 local publishing houses.
In a statement to Qatar News Agency, the ambassador said that the first edition of Ramadan Book Fair is distinguished and reflects an aspect of Qatar's development and progress in various fields, especially cultural areas, praising the role of those in charge of this honourable work, which reveals an honourable image of Qatar as being supportive of culture.
The ambassador noted that visitors to the Book Fair can find all arts of culture, adding that the Ministry of Culture has worked during the recent period to greatly impart and disseminate culture through the establishment of many cultural events that have a significant impact on the society and meet the aspirations of those interested in it.
