Legal action after vehicle drives in pedestrian zone in Lusail

The authorities seized a vehicle and initiated legal action in the matter after the vehicle was seen being driven in a pedestrian zone in Lusail City, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) has said. In a post on social media on Wednesday, the MoI said with reference to a video clip circulating about a vehicle being driven in the pedestrian zone and endangering road users in Lusail City, the vehicle was seized and legal action was being taken regarding this violation. "The General Directorate of Traffic calls on the public to abide by traffic laws," it added.
