Olive International School (OIS) celebrated, Olivenite 2021-2022, the 8th annual day, at a hybrid event, that was also streamed on YouTube and Facebook. Indian ambassador Dr Deepak Mittal was the chief guest and former principal Jacob K M the guest of honour. OIS chairman Devis Edakulathur, principal Jacob Mathew and the board of directors along with the school leadership team were present. The four-and-a-half show was conceptualised, designed, and executed by the students and faculty of the five campuses of OIS. It commenced with a performance of the tiny tots of Kharaitiyat and Abu Hamour campuses. Umm Salal's team staged a show on a fantasy. Nuaija campus presented a drama and Al Thumama campus a musical based on Malgudi Days by R K Narayan. Vice-principal (operations) Anupama Sajith welcomed the gathering and vice-principal Dr Jackson M V, proposed a vote of thanks.
