Qatar Chamber to hold 2nd general assembly meeting on Wednesday

Qatar Chamber will hold its second General Assembly Meeting (GAM) on Wednesday, April 20, regardless of the number of attendees, according to a media statement on Sunday. Qatar Chamber chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim al-Thani will preside over the meeting, the statement further said. Businessmen and Qatar Chamber members are invited to attend the meeting, which will be held at 12pm at the chamber’s headquarters. The meeting’s agenda includes a review of the board of directors’ report on the activities of the chamber in 2021 and a discussion of the chamber’s 2021 fiscal report through the auditor’s report on the final accounts and the statement of income and expenses for the year. It will also include the approval of the estimated budget for the fiscal year 2022 and the appointment of a new auditor for the 2022 financial year.
