Dignitaries from various walks of life attended an Iftar meet hosted by the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) management committee. Indian ambassador Dr Deepak Mittal, first secretary and ICC co-ordinating officer Xavier Dhanraj, Qatar Ministry of Interior Community Policing Department director Lt Col Dr Ibrahim Muhammed al-Sumaih, Captain Talal Munassar al-Madhouri, volunteer Rashid al-Nuaimi, Ministry of Municipality assistant director Muhammed Faraj al-Kubaisi, Qatar Police Sports Federation's assistant secretary and sports affairs head Captain Abdullah Khamis al-Hamad, Human Rights Department official Captain Nasser Mubarak al-Atheeq al-Dosari, Al Fazaa Rescue Police Ft Lt Abdul Wahhab Muhammed al-Yaami, General Directorate of Civil Defence Lt Sabah Mardhi al-Toumi, Traffic Awareness Department official Lt Hamad Saaalem al-Nahhab al-Marri were among the dignitaries. The event was also attended by all apex body managing committee members, Indian community leaders and presidents and principals of Indian schools.
