Indian expatriate forum Incas Qatar Central Committee organised an Iftar and the closing ceremony of its Sports Meet. Kerala legislator and Youth Congress Kerala unit president Shafi Parambil and general secretary Rahul Mankoottathil were the dignitaries who had arrived from India to take part in the event. They addressed the gathering and discussed some of the current issues. A large number of Incas members were present on the occasion. Incas Qatar president Sameer Eramla, Incas Central Committee member John Gilbert and other office bearers co-ordinated the event.
