Hamad General Hospital reports 365 emergency cases on first day of Eid

The Hamad General Hospital of Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) reported 365 emergency cases until 6pm on Monday. Most cases were mild and taken care of with proper treatment.

While the HMC Paediatric Emergency Centres across the country - such as Al Saad , Al Rayan, Airport, Al Daayen - also reported a sizeable number of emergency cases. At Al Saad there were 905 emergency cases, 403 at Al Rayyan, 209 at Airport Centre and 89 at Al Daayen. Most cases were mild and were well taken care of. Only one case was admitted to ICU.The Ambulance Service received a total of 270 calls and out of them, 227 were for medical services. There were 43 trauma cases and all have been treated well and taken care of.
