AlKhater meets European Parliament official

HE the Assistant Foreign Minister Lolwah bint Rashid AlKhater met on Thursday with the Chair of the European Parliament's Delegation for relations with the Arabian Peninsula Hannah Neumann. The meeting dealt with reviewing bilateral co-operation between Qatar and the European Union, in addition to discussing the exemption for Qatari citizens from the Schengen visa, Qatar's preparations for the FIFA World Cup 2022, as well as discussing the role of women in society, and the latest developments in Afghanistan and humanitarian conditions in Ukraine. The meeting was attended by ambassador of Qatar to the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (Nato) Abdulaziz bin Ahmed al-Malki. (QNA)
