HE the Assistant Foreign Minister Lolwah bint Rashid AlKhater met with the visiting Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict Virginia Gamba. The meeting reviewed relations between Qatar and the UN, the situation of children in areas of armed conflict, and ways to protect them. The meeting also dealt with the co-operation between Qatar and the analysis and communication centre of the Office of the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict, which will be opened at the UN House in Doha.
