The event featured the best of the best from the four categories - Table Topic, Humorous, Evaluation, and International Speech - with contestants from India, the US, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar.
The event chair Sabari Prasad (Division F director D116) with the support of 100 plus members from different parts of the world came together to organise the event. World Malayalam Toastmasters chair George Meladan welcomed. The event was inaugurated by past international president Deepak Menon and Region 11 adviser Sundaresan Rajeswar.
The highlights were keynote speeches by renowned poet and Kerala Sahitya Academy president K Sachidanandan and noted Indian illusionist and motivational speaker Gopinath Muthukad. A Banner Parade of 37 clubs from around the world was led by Sheeba Premugh and Balkees.
The master of ceremonies Ruby Sameer and Shybu Valavil managed the event with the help of hosts Mubarak Hussain and Shanid Kunnumal and co-hosts Ranjith Sukumar, Edison George, Shihab Karim and Munny Raja. Contest chairs Bijo P Babu, Fousi Laiju, Ramadas and Balkees Nazar were supported by timers Ajoy Jacob, Abhijith, Nijana and Ilias.
More than 300 members and guests around the globe witnessed performances by 40 contestants. Chief judges Pavithra Philip, Dileep Kumar, Sabeena M K and George Thomas along with about 40 anonymous judges supported by tally counters Saju Thomas, Ajeesh, Beena Tomy and Sunil Mathoor selected the Best of the Best speakers from the four categories.

The special achievements by clubs and members around the world were recognised by Shanil Palliyil. The curtain raiser for next year's World Malayalam Annual Toastmaster Speech Contest, 'Sargalayam 2023' in Saudi Arabia was carried out by Rashid Ali and incoming event chair Safare Mohamed.
