TGS marks Telangana State Formation Day

 

Telangana Gulf Samithi (TGS), an affiliated organisation of the Indian Community Benevolent Forum (ICBF), celebrated the 8th formation day of Telangana, the youngest southern state of India. The event started by remembering the martyrs who laid down their life for the state, and continued with cultural performances which included dances and songs. TGS president Shankar Goud, ICBF acting president Vinod Nair, general secretary Sabith Sahir, medical assistance head Rajani Murthy, Indian Cultural Centre's (ICC) advisory council head Shivaram Prasad Koduri, vice-president Subramanya Hebbagelu, general secretary Krishna Kumar Bandhakavi, Karnataka Sangha president Mahesh Gowda, Telangana JagruthiQatar president Nandini Abbagouni, Punarajni Qatar president Deepa Sreekumar, Telangana Welfare Association president Khaja Nizamuddin, Uttara Kannada Qatar president Shashidhar Hebbal, Andhra Kala Vedika president Venkappa Bhagavatula, QPL president Siraj Ansari and Luthfe Ahmed from Telugu Business Forum were among the guests.
