‘Your Summer, Safety and Security’ progamme launched

 

 

 

The ‘Your Summer, Safety and Security’ programme was launched Sunday. Organised by the 'You Are Important' initiative of the Stadium Security Department in the Facilities and Entities Security Department at the Ministry of Interior (MoI), the event will continue until July 28 while targeting a group of 35 students in the 10-14 age group. Brigadier Dr Ali Khajim al-Athbi, director of the Facilities and Entities Security Department, explained in his address that the summer gathering aims to create a generation aware and familiar with the safety procedures.First Lieutenant Jaber Salem al-Athba, assistant supervisor of You Are Important initiative, said that the gathering includes lectures, workshops, various sports games and visits while giving participants an opportunity to gain experience and skills, and educate and introduce them to security and safety requirements.
