HE the Minister of Social Development and Family Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser al-Misnad has met a number of ministers responsible for social development, family and women affairs, on the sidelines of her participation in an international conference that highlights the efforts of Algerian women as an example of the Arab women in liberating homelands, which was held as part of the activities commemorating the 60th anniversary of the Independence and Youth in Algeria.







She met separately with Minister of National Solidarity, Family and Women's Issues in the Algerian Republic Kawthar Kriko, Minister of Mujahideen and Algerian Rights Holders Laid Rebigua, Minister of Women's Affairs in the State of Palestine Dr Amal Hamad, Minister of Social Affairs in Libya Dr Wafa al-Kilani and Head of the South African delegation to the conference Advocate Mekatiko. During the meetings, opportunities for co-operation in the fields of social affairs, family and women and ways to enhance and develop them were reviewed, in addition to the topics on the conference's agenda.
