The ministries of foreign affairs of Qatar and the Philippines held on Tuesday the first round of political consultations in Doha. HE the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi and Undersecretary of the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs for Bilateral Relations and Asean Affairs Maria Theresa Lazaro chaired the meeting.
